Helifix Screw Pile Installation

Helifix screw piles are an advanced foundation reinforcement and stabilisation system, designed to provide a strong, reliable and non-disruptive solution for supporting structures in a variety of ground conditions.

Unlike traditional piling methods, Helifix screw piles can be installed in areas with limited access, making them ideal for projects where conventional piling rigs cannot operate.

Our Helifix Screw Pile Installation Process

1. Site Assessment and Engineering Design

A full ground investigation is conducted to assess soil conditions and determine the required pile specifications. Then a custom pile design is created based on load requirements, structure type and site constraints.

2. Screw Pile Installation

High-strength steel screw piles are driven into the ground using compact, low-impact hydraulic equipment. The piles self-tap into the soil, minimising ground disturbance and eliminating the need for excavation. Installation torque is monitored in real-time to ensure each pile reaches the required depth and load capacity.

3. Final Connection and Integration

Once all piles are installed, they are connected to the foundation via brackets, beams or pile caps. The system is integrated into the structure to provide long-term load distribution and stability.
